Our Numbers
Since our inception in 2014, CWW has continuously added new and innovative programs to support the local foster care population. We serve not only children in the Virginia Beach foster care system but their potential and current foster families, those children deemed old enough to "live independently" within the system, those aging out of the system, children at risk of entering the foster care system, and kinship families. This includes children & foster families in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Newport News.
Here are some numbers of what we have accomplished in the past 10 years.
