Connect to Careers’ Mission is to assist the Fostering Futures and Independent Living participants of Hampton Roads’ Foster Care and to successfully transition into the workforce. Through this partnership, young adults will obtain 5 goals, in no particular order: (1) transportation plan, (2)  master resume and interviewing skills, (3) housing plan, (4) budgeting and financial planning, and (5) additional education or job training.
