Our annual Back to School Rally and Backpack Handout raises supplies and donations to help children in Hampton Roads foster care get all their supplies for the upcoming school year. We collect requested school supplies through the summer, then pack them into backpacks specific to each child's grade and school. We also ensure each child receives a lunch box filled with snacks!
