We work with the programs already in place to support the transition of these children to successful, productive adults in our society. Members of this committee attend monthly meetings to get familiar with the needs of the older youth. Supporting Success has ongoing item drives to support the older youth who are preparing to move out on their own or are making the transition to an independent living program or college,
