We work to ensure every child in Virginia Beach foster care is remembered on their birthday. Each child receives a birthday card along with cake mix, candles, icing, and party napkins, plus a gift and a book. Every month, we have dozens of birthday packages to put together, and we're happy to be part of each and every one.
