Jessica Lovgren obtained her undergraduate degree from ODU in criminal justice, holds a Master’s in Human Services from Liberty University and she holds a graduate certificate in Mental Health Studies. Jessica has experience in the criminal justice system working for the Supreme Court of VA and the United States Attorney’s Office. She most recently worked for Sentara as a Behavioral Health Therapist and is a Notary Public.
Jessica and her family: husband Maurice, sons Isaiah & Gabriel, and daughter Savannah, are natives of Virginia Beach. She enjoys being a mom and values family, she has always had a passion for children in the foster care system and veteran services.
