Jenny Bond has been with with the City of Virginia Beach since 1994, working almost exclusively in foster
care. She is currently the program manager for the Permanency Program which encompasses foster care, adoption and resource foster homes.
She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and public law and a master’s degree in social work.
Jenny grew up in Virginia Beach and has a strong connection and commitment to her community and the people of Virginia Beach. She values the work that happens in the VB Permanency Program and the change it makes every day in the lives of family and children.
