Jenn Rivers was born and raised in Queens, New York and has lived in Fayetteville, NC. She resided there for over 20 years before moving to Virginia to be closer to her daughter and grandson. She has been involved with foster care all of her life, as her mom was a foster parent for over 25 years. Jenn was excited to join the team as she felt that it was very close to home!
