Betsy joined TowneBank in March 2024 and is SVP Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. She has
over 20 years of banking experience. Betsy was formerly SVP Commercial Banking for WSFS Bank in Greater Philadelphia, PA. Betsy is responsible for business development and providing business owners, including non-profit organizations, financial solutions to meet their needs. Her focused geographic market is the Hampton Roads region. Betsy is an expert in SBA 504 financing. Betsy holds her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with an Economics concentration from West Chester University, PA.

Betsy currently serves on the ViBe Creative District Board, Connect With A Wish Board, member of CREW Coastal Virginia, and Loan Committee Member for Business Finance Group. She also actively volunteers with Junior Achievement. Prior to moving to VA, she was very active in her community and in Pennsylvania served as a Board of Director for the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Advisory Board Member of Seedcopa (SBA 504 Program); and Habitat for Humanity of Chester County Board Member. She also previously served as Board Member for the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI), Chair of the Women Influencing Business Committee for CCCBI, March of Dimes-past Chair of Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement, Great Valley Penn State Advisory Board member, and Chester County Bar Foundation Board Member. Betsy lives in the ViBe District of Virginia Beach and enjoys golf, cooking, going to the beach with her husband, two children’s family, and her dog, Kona.
